KEY UNIT DETAILS:

– START DATE: First month's rent is pro-rated from your move-in date
– LEASE LENGTH: All tenants are on a month-to-month lease (one month minimum – move out dates are not prorated)
– HEIGHT: Ladder Accessible units are 4 ft. tall and accessible via a step ladder (ideal to store boxes, etc.). All other units are walk-in, bottom units that are 8 ft. tall (best to store furniture, etc.)
– UNIT TRANSFER: If you need to switch unit sizes after booking a unit, please email us
– FEES: one-time admin fee, pro-rated first month's rent, security deposit and monthly protection plan
– RESERVATION FEE: reservation fee is 25% of one month's rent. Reservation fee is credited to account upon move in. Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation.
