KEY UNIT DETAILS:
– START DATE: First month's rent is pro-rated from your move-in date
– LEASE LENGTH: All tenants are on a month-to-month lease (one month minimum)
– HEIGHT: Ladder Accessible units are 4 ft. tall and accessible via a step ladder (ideal to store boxes, etc.). All other units are walk-in, bottom units that are 8 ft. tall (best to store furniture, etc.)
– UNIT TRANSFER: If you need to switch unit sizes after booking a unit, please email us
– FEES: one-time admin fee, first month's rent, security deposit and monthly protection plan (like your car, house, and all of your valued possessions, insurance is required for the items you store with us)
