Q. Where are you storage facilities located?
A. Our warehouse is located in at 5 Station Street, Brookline, MA 02445

Q. Do you have loading area?
A. Yes we do.

Q. Do you have moving carts and dollies available? 
A. Yes. We have  "push carts" and dollies that can be used free of charge.

Q. What are the hours of operation/access? 
A. Our storage facilities are open from 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday and 9 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday.

Q. Do your self storage locations offer after hours access? 
A. Yes, with prior arrangements. There may be an additional charge, please call for details.

Q. Do I have to rent for a certain number of months? 
 A. No, your lease is on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum of one month. 

Q. Do your self storage locations pro-rate rent? 
A. Yes we do pro-rent rate for the first month. Rent is due in the beginning of next month.

Q. How far in advance can I book a reservation?
A. To help our customers plan ahead, we will take reservations up to 30 days in advance of your move in date. Reservations are secured with deposit. Although this deposit is not refundable, it is applied toward your first month's rent and is necessary to hold the unit availability and to lock in your rate and promotion. 

Q. What are your methods of payment? 
A. Major credit cards accepted are: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and discover. We also accept cash and checks. Also, with a major credit card, automatic payment draft can be set up. 

Q. Do I have to give notice to vacate my unit?
A. Yes. We require a vacate notice in writing 30 days prior to the move out date. We do not pro-rate you move out month. For example, if you plan to move out July 30, we would require a move-out notice from you by July 1. You can email, mail or drop off a letter to the Property Manager, or complete a vacate notice.

 Q. Do your self storage locations sell packing materials? 
A. Yes, we do have packing and moving supplies for sale.

Q. Do your self storage locations accept deliveries? 
A. Yes, we are glad to accept deliveries as long as we have your authorization on file. 

Q. Do your self storage locations pay referral fees? 
A. We will give you $20.00 rental credit per referral, with no limit to rental credits. We Love Referrals!
